You can buy your passports directly at panaca.co or through our WhatsApp +57 310 681 8818. You can also buy them at the park ticket offices on the day of your visit.

Can I change the date of my booking?

Yes, you can reschedule your visit by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Get in touch with our team by WhatsApp or email.

What is the difference between the PANACA Passport and the Campo Passport?

The PANACA Passport is the one-day plan at the park: stations, living classrooms and shows. The Campo Passport includes all of that plus the night-time equestrian show Travesía 2.0 y 2 days of access to the park. It is the most complete experience.

Are there special rates for schools and groups?

Yes, we have special rates for state and private schools (passport + lunch included), municipal groups (Plan Banderas, min. 20 people), travel agencies y compensation funds. Contact us on WhatsApp for a tailored quote.

How much do the adventure experiences cost?

Adventure activities are paid for separately from your passport. These are the options available:

Canopea – $60,000: A 25-minute flight covering 2 km at over 100 metres above the Coffee Cultural Landscape. Minimum weight 40 kg, maximum weight 100 kg. Not suitable for people with spine or knee problems, fractures, high blood pressure, recent surgery or who are pregnant.
Rope Bridges – $22,000 per crossing: A crossing at 30 metres up over suspension bridges more than 100 metres long. Minimum height 130 cm, minimum weight 40 kg, maximum weight 100 kg.
Horseback Riding – $45,000 per ride: A horseback ride with views over the Coffee Cultural Landscape. Minimum height 110 cm, minimum age 10 (accompanied by an adult). Trousers and closed shoes required.
Tarabita – $22,000 per ride: A cable ride from the Canine Station to the Equine Station at over 60 metres up. Minimum height 130 cm, minimum weight 25 kg, maximum weight 90 kg.
