Register before you come and skip the queue

If you work for the country, the countryside opens its doors to you. Give us your details and your family's just once: when you arrive at the park we look you up by your ID number and apply your discount straight away. With most of them you get in free and up to 4 members of your family get in at a discount.

Registering here costs nothing and does not tie you to a particular date. It simply makes everything faster on the day you come.

    Register here

    Fill in the form with your details and those of the people coming with you. We will give you a code to keep handy.

    Arrive at the park

    Come any day you like. Before going in, stop by the Customer Service Office with your ID and your credentials. The cardholder must be present.

  3. 3

    Get in with your discount

    We find you by your ID number with your whole family already registered, check your card and apply the discount to the Terra Passport.

It takes two minutes. On the day of your visit, all we need to do at the ticket office is look up your ID number.

4 Permissions Without this we cannot store your family's details.

Registering does not grant the benefit: we confirm it at the Customer Service Office on the day of your visit, with your card in hand.

Are you a member of a compensation fund?

That benefit is not claimed at the park. Ask your compensation fund directly: they will confirm whether you have a discount and, if you do, you pay for your ticket through them.

What you need to have with you

ID document of the cardholder. Without it the discount cannot be verified.

Valid credentials proving your link to the organisation or the card.

The cardholder present. The benefit is theirs and extends to their companions.

Do it before going in to the park, at the Customer Service Office.

On the day of your visit. Does not apply to advance online purchases.
